The specialist of our service center will usually come to you within 1-2 hours (depending on where you are) from the moment you left the order.

Transport of technology to the service center

Occasionally, after repairing All Equipment, the repairman will find complex defects that require replacement of parts or use of special equipment. Such repairs are only possible in the service center. After consultation with you, our specialist will issue a report confirming the receipt of the equipment for repair, transport your equipment to the service center and repair it. Then he will bring the repaired technology back to you!

Price of the repairman’s visit

Price of repairman’s visit to Prague:

• Prague 1, 2, 3 – 100 CZK
• Prague 4, 5 (Anděl), 7, 10 – 200 CZK
• Prague 5 (other parts), 6, 8, 9 – 300 CZK
• Journey beyond Prague – according to agreement.

If the price of the repair costs more than 1000 CZK (without the price of spare parts), the repairman is not charged. All current repair prices can be obtained by phone.
